We value your membership and are committed to providing clear, fair policies. Please review the following details regarding billing, cancellations, and refunds before committing to a membership.


Billing

  • Prorated First Month: Your first month will be prorated based on the day you sign up.
  • Subsequent Payments: All subsequent payments will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month until you choose to cancel or pause your membership.
  • Pausing or Cancelling Membership: To pause or cancel, simply provide a written request to our team. Requests can be made days or months in advance of your desired end date.

Self-Cancellation (Outside Commitment Period)

  • Members Not in the Middle of Their Commitment: If you’re not in the middle of your commitment period, you can cancel your membership on your own through the website portal.
  • End of Billing Cycle: When you cancel, your membership will end at the end of the current billing cycle, and you’ll continue to have access to the facility and Skedda until the following month.
  • 72-Hour Notice for Cancellation via Us: If you prefer for us to cancel your membership on your behalf, we require 72 hours’ notice before the 1st of the month to ensure we can process the cancellation on time. You can also request a future cancellation date, even months in advance.

Early Cancellation (During Commitment Period)

  • Members in the Middle of Their Commitment: If you are still in the middle of your commitment period (3, 6, 9, or 12-month), you cannot cancel on your own through the portal. You must contact us directly to request cancellation.
  • Early Cancellation Fee: If you cancel before fulfilling your commitment, an early cancellation fee will apply:
    • 3 and 6-Month Commitment: A fee equivalent to one month’s membership dues.
    • 9 and 12-Month Commitment: A fee equivalent to two months’ membership dues.

These fees are applicable due to the discounted rates offered for longer commitment periods.


Refund Policy

  • Within 72 Hours of Signup: You may cancel your membership and receive a full refund if you cancel within 72 hours of the later of:

    • Your facility orientation, OR
    • Your payment date.
  • After 72 Hours: No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle once 72 hours have passed.

  • Credit Card Fees: Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.


Gift Memberships

Gift memberships are non-refundable.


Cancellation Process

  1. Submit Request: If you are outside your commitment period, you can cancel your membership through the website portal. If you need us to cancel for you, or if you’re in the middle of your commitment, please email info@my365golf.com at least 72 hours before the 1st of the month.
  2. Cancellation Confirmation: After processing your request, we will confirm your cancellation and inform you of any applicable fees.
  3. No Return Items: Since no physical access cards or items are provided, there are no return steps required.
