At 365 Golf, we use ProDataKey (PDK) for secure and convenient virtual door access to our facilities. Your membership includes this access, managed directly through your account.

How PDK Access Works:

  • Primary Members: Upon purchasing an eligible membership (Single or Group), your primary virtual key credentials will be automatically sent to your registered email from invites@accounts.pdk.io.
  • Group Members & Sub-Users: If you have a Group membership, you can easily add and manage your sub-users (up to 3) directly through your account on our website. Each sub-user will then receive their own PDK credentials automatically.

Managing Your Sub-Users (For Group Members)

As a primary member on a Group plan, you have full control over your sub-users’ access:

  1. Log In: Visit your account page on this website.  Click here to login in – you can also access your account page from the top bar on desktop computers and the flyout menu on mobile devices.

  2. Navigate: Click on the “Sub Member Management” tab in your account menu.
  3. Add Sub-Users:
    • In the “Add New Sub User” section, simply enter the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number for each sub-user you wish to add.
    • Click “Add Sub User.” Our system will automatically create their PDK access and send their credentials to the email address you provided.
    • Disclaimer: You are responsible and liable for any damage caused by your sub-users while accessing the facility. Please ensure your sub-users understand and adhere to all facility rules and regulations.
  4. Remove Sub-Users:
    • In the “Sub Users” table, find the sub-user you wish to remove.
    • Click the “X” (trash icon) in the “Actions” column next to their name.
    • Important Note: There is a 3-month lock-in period from the date a sub-user is added before they can be removed by the primary member. If you need to remove a sub-user within this period, please contact info@my365golf.com.

Troubleshooting Your PDK Virtual Key

  • Missing Invitation Email? Please check your email’s spam or junk folder for messages from invites@accounts.pdk.io with the subject “Your ProdataKey Credential is Ready.”
  • Credential Not Working? If your virtual key in the PDK app stops functioning, you can often resolve this quickly using the app’s built-in self-help feature. Follow the instructions provided by PDK here:
